Due to unprecedented times, there can be INDUSTRY WIDE delays.

We are shipping as quickly and as normal as possible, but things can change quickly, but we promise to also update you as quickly as possible!

Shipment processing time 

Shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the product and demand. Any shipping delays will be notified in timely manner. Please be patient if you are having an order delayed. While every effort will be made to ensure your ordered item(s) is(are) created promptly, we also want to ensure that you receive an order of the highest possible quality.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, this may delay the processing time even further. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS text message.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (and/or SMS text message*) once your order has shipped. Most orders shipped will include a tracking number, but not all (any order of Stickers will not include tracking, and some orders being shipped outside the U.S. may not include tracking). Any tracking number(s) will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

To provide such a large selection of clothing and accessory options, we employ many services and providers across the U.S. and around the globe. If your order contains more than 1 item, it is possible that items will be shipped at different times from different distribution centers but not an actual possibilities.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Loving Our Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Loving Our Lifestyle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. And contact us so that we can make sure your needs are met.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
